無塵室泛用的落塵監(jiān)控設(shè)備(Particle Counter)只能在單位空間檢測出環(huán)境落塵品質(zhì)(Class/1000/1000/100),不能了解Particle落塵何處,這將對制程良率有著一定的弊端,有些低照度的紫外線燈在無塵實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測落塵的情況不理想,客戶用到我們析浦科學(xué)儀器高強(qiáng)度紫外線燈XEPU-1605B照射目標(biāo)物,輕易的找出目標(biāo)物Particle以及生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的落點(diǎn)處,進(jìn)行相關(guān)處理,提升產(chǎn)品合格率,解決無塵實(shí)驗(yàn)室落塵問題。
污染顆粒吸收照射的紫外線光能量,從而發(fā)生熒光反射效果。產(chǎn)品的紫外線強(qiáng)度越高,污染顆粒能夠吸收足夠多的紫外線能量,所產(chǎn)生的熒光反射效果越好,檢測效果越清晰,反之輕度越低,就越容易漏檢。對于無塵室,一些地方的污染顆粒本來就很少,如果便攜式紫外線燈的紫外線強(qiáng)度不夠高,達(dá)不到發(fā)生熒光反射所需要的能量,有些臟污就檢測不出來。開始使用XEPU-1605B高強(qiáng)度紫外燈檢查設(shè)備或環(huán)境的落塵狀況時,需要把車間的燈關(guān)掉,更好是在黑暗的環(huán)境下檢測,光線太強(qiáng)會對紫外線有干擾和影響,會影響測試效果。
紫外線燈XEPU-1605B在無塵實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測落塵
如上所說無塵實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)落塵,紫外線輕度越強(qiáng),檢測效果越好。紫外線燈XEPU-1605B是XEPU-1605的增強(qiáng)版,使用多個光學(xué)透鏡,紫外線強(qiáng)度高達(dá)23000UW/cm2在15英寸距離(相當(dāng)于380mm距離 )以上,同行業(yè)紫外線燈在相同條件下的強(qiáng)度只能達(dá)到10000uw/cm2左右。紫外線燈XEPU-1605B波長在365~370nm,由5×5W 365nm UV LED組成,LED平均壽命是30000小時,照射面積可達(dá)120 * 160mm(38厘米距離),使用可充電鋰電池,方便攜帶。目前很多無塵室都做在使用析浦科學(xué)儀器XEPU-1605B紫外線燈,如:比亞迪,斯坦雷電氣,捷普集團(tuán)等

Special lamps for particle visualization
The particle visualization lamp XEPU-1605B was developed for particle visualization as part of the regular visual inspection of contaminants in the cleanroom. It emits UV light (365 nm wavelength) and thus makes fluorescent particles visible on all surfaces. Typical inspection areas include cleanroom surfaces made of stainless steel, plastic and aluminum, as well as cleanroom clothing and wiping cloths.
